How to make your home smell the way you want!
Preference to scents depends on personal taste. Whether you are looking for a clean aroma for the kitchen or a relaxing scent for the living room, these are the essential oils you need.
In the kitchen
To provide an experience of a clean and hygienic kitchen, we recommend volant organic Energy. This blend contains the essential oils of grapefruit, juniper, bergamot and lime. This juicy and light oil blend evokes the feeling of fresh energy in the room. For this reason, it’s the perfect fit to create a feeling of pure energy. If you want your kitchen to feel invigorating, volant organic Energy is a natural choice.
If, on the other hand, you want the kitchen to feel warm and cosy, cinnamon essential oil is a good recommendation. The cinnamon scent gives associations to comfort and cosiness, and since cinnamon is such a natural part of traditional cooking, it can smell like freshly baked bread in the kitchen. Most of all, cinnamon oil can give a sense of closeness and well-being. A diffuser can be a great way to disperse the smell of cinnamon around your kitchen. The diffusers from volant are designed to slide straight into your kitchen.
In the livingroom
In the living room, the right essential oil will vary depending on which activities you use the room for. If you want to relax, the volant organic Relax blend will be a good option.
This essential oil consists of grapefruit, ylang ylang, palma rosa and eucalyptus. It is soothing and gives a feeling of closeness to nature. It is recommended to use 15-20 drops for your diffuser. This oil gives a particularly good effect when you inhale the scent directly from the diffuser.
In the dining room

The dining room is rarely the room where you eat each meal, but rather the place for the more special occasions. For that reason, the right scent will help set the right mood. In this case, you will often have a fragrance that seems inviting while at the same time whetting the appetite. In this case, for example, the essential oil bergamot would be the right choice.
Another tip is to avoid strong odours that can divert focus away from the food, such as peppermint or ginger oils.
For the bedroom
The bedroom is most likely the room you spend the most time in. Not only do you want to choose an aroma that smells good, but you also want a relaxing oil that can get you ready for a good night's sleep. Volant’s organic Sleep blend may then be the right mix you need. This oil contains bergamot, lavender, frankincense and chamomile and is perfect before falling asleep.
The aroma gives a good scent in the room, in addition to giving a feeling of intimacy. To get the best possible effect from the oil, it is recommended to use between 15-20 drops in your diffuser.
For the bathroom

Your bathroom will not always smell as fresh and clean as you want. Essential oils such as lemon, eucalyptus or tea tree can help lighten the air and give the right feel you want in the bathroom. Not only do they have antibacterial properties, but they can also be experienced as stimulating to the mind.
If you prefer a calm and comfortable bath after a long and tough day at work, lavender essential oil will be the right one. A drop of lavender in the whirlpool is enough to fill your bathroom with a relaxing aroma.
For the terrace or outdoor area

If you are so privileged to have a patio or an outdoor area near your home, you might as well take advantage of it. A good way would be to use a suitable fragrance to get in the right mood. In this case, volant organic Cabin blend is recommended.
This oil mixture consists of spruce, pine, fir and thuja and gives associations to untouched Scandinavian nature. This combination is ideal if you live in urban areas but long for nature experiences. The smell will help you get in the right mood and is especially suitable at dusk or in the morning. Add 15-20 drops of the oil to your diffuser and feel the effect of this blend.
